We are currently looking for a Booth Worker to represent our brand at various events and exhibitions.

Job Type: Part-Time (Temporary)

Compensation: Commission and Hourly Wage

Position Overview:

As a Booth Worker at ShelfGenie, your role will involve promoting our brand and engaging with potential clients at trade shows, home expos, and other relevant events. Your main goal will be to generate leads and schedule appointments for our design consultations and installation services. This position requires outstanding communication abilities, enthusiasm, and a knack for connecting with individuals to demonstrate the advantages of ShelfGenie's innovative offerings.

Key Responsibilities:

  1. Interact with event participants to spark interest in ShelfGenie's products and services.
  2. Inform potential clients about the benefits of pull-out shelving and our customized solutions.
  3. Gather contact details and follow up with leads to arrange design consultations.
  4. Maintain a well-organized booth display and promotional materials.
  5. Provide insights about our pricing, special offers, and financing options.
  6. Keep precise records of leads and scheduled appointments.

Qualifications:

  • Exceptional interpersonal and communication skills.
  • Outgoing and enthusiastic demeanor.
  • Self-driven and proactive approach.
  • Ability to work collaboratively and independently.
  • Basic knowledge of home organization and storage solutions is advantageous.
  • Previous experience in sales, customer service, or event promotion is a plus.

Compensation:

This role offers a competitive compensation package, which includes a blend of an hourly wage and attractive commissions for appointments secured and converted into sales.
