Position Overview

The Digital Account Director plays a pivotal role in leading digital initiatives for our clients. Reporting directly to the SVP of Client Services, you will be a vital part of the Account team, ensuring that daily digital client interactions and cross-functional team operations are executed seamlessly.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Deliver strategic digital leadership to uncover growth prospects in partnership with clients and internal teams.
  • Guide strategic direction for web-related projects.
  • Collaborate with product and creative leadership to design, structure, and manage digital engagements tailored to client requirements.
  • Maintain day-to-day digital client communications and oversee cross-functional team operations.
  • Build and nurture relationships with key digital clients through regular engagement.
  • Lead the internal digital team, managing client communications, setting expectations, and ensuring the quality of deliverables meets deadlines.
  • Oversee client budget management and billing processes while contributing to financial forecasting.
  • Prepare comprehensive reports and presentations for clients and internal stakeholders.
  • Establish and manage client-specific processes to ensure budget adherence, timeline efficiency, and high-quality deliverables.
  • Monitor all financial metrics related to the client, including billability, utilization, and revenue forecasts.
Qualifications:
  • Minimum of 6 years in a managerial role, preferably within an agency setting, managing multiple high-profile clients across their digital campaigns and development projects.
  • Extensive experience in directing clients on website and application-related initiatives.
  • Familiarity with various sectors, including Automotive, Consumer Packaged Goods, Pharmaceuticals, and Financial Services.
  • A strong leader capable of thriving in a dynamic, fast-paced environment with a proven track record in managing client relationships.
  • Experience in account planning, budget forecasting, and financial reporting.
  • Demonstrated success in building and maintaining client relationships.
  • Solid understanding of project management methodologies and tools.
  • Experience with Salesforce is advantageous.
Additional Information:

The compensation range for this role is between $100,000 and $115,000. Actual salary will be determined based on various factors, including relevant experience, knowledge, and skills.
