The Opportunity

We are seeking a seasoned professional to lead our Media team in driving team development and support, client retention and growth, and the expansion of Flywheel's Digital Commerce Solution. This role requires a proven track record in ecommerce experience, strong people management and leadership skills, and a passion for working with clients at executive levels.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Build and maintain strong client relationships to foster long-term partnerships and drive incremental value.
  • Lead retail media advertising activities, including planning, strategy, activation, reporting, and billing for major retailers.
  • Oversee multiple client teams, providing guidance on performance against client goals and identifying and resolving client issues.
  • Identify revenue opportunities with existing clients and implement process for continuous measurement and improvement.
  • Act as a brand ambassador for Flywheel, sharing market insights and participating in business development, conferences, and client trainings.
  • Ensure team has necessary training, resources, and professional development to succeed.
  • Maintain team morale and motivation in a hybrid work environment.
  • Contribute to hiring, team structuring, and account resourcing decisions.
  • Travel required, based on client needs.
Requirements:
  • 8+ years of experience in retail media disciplines and growing responsibility.
  • At least 2-3 years of team leadership and training experience.
  • Proven track record prioritizing in a fast-paced environment.
  • Deep experience and familiarity across retail media space, including campaign management platforms, digital shelf, and retail measurement channels.
  • Demonstrable expertise in retail paid search and programmatic retail media.
  • Deep understanding of retail readiness and additional paid and organic drivers of success.
  • Proven track record of flawless execution, driving growth, client retention, and exceeding expectations.
  • Strong business acumen, problem-solving & analytical skills.
  • Excellent communication and organizational skills.
  • Bias for action and ability to achieve objectives and goals.
