Product Director, Digital Advertising

Loblaw Digital is seeking a seasoned Product Director to lead the development and growth of our Advertising Platform. As a key member of our team, you will be responsible for setting the vision, strategy, and roadmap for the platform, ensuring it meets the needs of our stakeholders and customers.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Develop and execute a comprehensive roadmap for the Advertising Platform, aligning with business objectives and stakeholder needs.
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure product alignment and effective communication.
  • Define and track key performance indicators (KPIs) to measure platform success and customer satisfaction.
  • Build and maintain strong relationships with stakeholders, including business leaders, product managers, and engineers.
  • Establish a culture of innovation, experimentation, and continuous improvement within the team.
  • Communicate effectively with stakeholders to manage expectations and gain support for platform initiatives.

Requirements:

  • 5+ years of experience in product management, with a focus on advertising technology and digital platforms.
  • Proven track record of leading product development and growth, with a strong understanding of product management best practices.
  • Experience working with scalable platform management and cloud-based technologies.
  • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, with the ability to interpret data and drive business decisions.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build and maintain strong relationships with stakeholders.
