Position Overview
The Digital Account Director plays a pivotal role in leading digital initiatives for our clients. Reporting directly to the SVP of Client Services, this position is essential in ensuring the seamless operation of daily client interactions and cross-functional team collaborations.
Key Responsibilities:
- Deliver strategic digital leadership to uncover growth opportunities in partnership with clients and internal teams.
- Guide strategic direction for website-related projects.
- Collaborate with product and creative leadership to design and execute digital engagements tailored to client needs.
- Oversee daily client interactions and manage cross-functional team operations.
- Build and maintain strong relationships with key digital clients through regular communication.
- Lead the internal digital team, ensuring high-quality deliverables are met on time.
- Manage client budgets and billing processes while contributing to financial forecasting.
- Prepare comprehensive reports and presentations for clients and internal stakeholders.
- Establish and manage client-specific processes to enhance budget and timeline efficiencies while ensuring top-quality deliverables.
- Monitor all financial metrics related to the client, including billability, utilization, and revenue forecasts.
- Minimum of 6 years in a leadership role, preferably within an agency setting, managing multiple high-profile clients across digital campaigns and development projects.
- Extensive experience in directing clients on website and app-related initiatives.
- Proficient across various sectors, including Automotive, Consumer Packaged Goods, Pharmaceuticals, and Finance.
- A strong leader adept at navigating fast-paced, dynamic environments with a proven ability to cultivate client relationships.
- Experience in account planning, budget forecasting, and financial reporting.
- A demonstrated history of engaging and nurturing client relationships.
- Solid understanding of project management methodologies and tools.
- Familiarity with Salesforce is advantageous.
The compensation range for this role is $100k-$115k, with actual salary determined by relevant experience, knowledge, and skills. Comprehensive benefits, including medical, dental, RRSP, and paid time off, are available to all permanent employees.
