This is an exciting opportunity to join the Workplace Experience team at Clio as a Workplace Experience Specialist. As a key member of the team, you will play a critical role in creating a unique and exceptional workplace experience for all employees.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Manage front office operations, including visitor and employee sign-in, mail management, and shipping/receiving.
  • Orient employees and guests to the space through site tours and wayfinding.
  • Maintain office space, ensuring it is well-stocked, clean, and welcoming.
  • Identify facility deficiencies, coordinate repairs, and track status.
  • Conduct regular facility inspections and maintain records.
  • Coordinate design-build projects, renovations, and office relocations.
  • Plan, coordinate, and host internal and external events.
  • Maintain workplace policies and procedures to ensure compliance with local and federal regulations.
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure workplace policies and programs are executed and aligned with business objectives.
  • Regularly inspect facilities to ensure all systems are operational.
  • Oversight of physical security, including secured systems and site access badges.
  • Assist with H&S investigations and sit on the Global H&S Committee.
  • Manage vendor relationships for F&B, socials, and office supplies.
  • Track and process workplace experience expenses.
  • Analyze data to measure the effectiveness of workplace experience programs and recommend improvements.

Requirements:

  • 2+ years of experience in office administration or facility coordination within a corporate office environment.
  • 1+ years of experience coordinating in-office and/or virtual events.
  • OHS First Aid level 2 certification.

Preferred Qualifications:

  • Experience with Slack, Confluence, Asana, and Google Drive.
  • Food Safety level 1 certification.
