- Provide guidance in upholding operational excellence and overseeing team performance

- Set a standard for outstanding customer service through personal example
- Support the execution of merchandising initiatives and maintain a tidy store
- Ensure consistent communication with the Store Manager and District Manager
Qualifications:
- Experience in retail management is essential
- Ability to manage multiple tasks and adapt to dynamic situations
- A strong interest in fashion and awareness of current trends
