Retail Store Manager

We are seeking a highly skilled Retail Store Supervisor to join our team at Dhillon Investments & Operations Ltd. As a key member of our retail operations team, you will be responsible for overseeing the day-to-day activities of our sales floor, ensuring excellent customer service, and driving sales growth.
Key Responsibilities- Supervise and Train Staff: Lead and mentor a team of sales associates, providing guidance and support to ensure they meet sales targets and provide exceptional customer service.
- Manage Sales Floor Operations: Oversee the sales floor, ensuring a clean and organized environment, and making adjustments as needed to optimize sales performance.
- Prepare Reports and Analyze Data: Compile and analyze sales data, identifying trends and areas for improvement, and providing recommendations to management.
- Resolve Customer Issues: Address customer complaints and concerns in a professional and courteous manner, ensuring a positive shopping experience.
- Inventory Management: Maintain accurate inventory levels, ensuring that stock is properly stored and rotated to minimize waste and optimize sales.
- Education: Secondary (high) school graduation certificate
- Experience: 7 months to less than 1 year
- Work Setting: Retail business
- Work Conditions and Physical Capabilities: Fast-paced environment, work under pressure, attention to detail, combination of sitting, standing, and walking
- Personal Suitability: Accurate, client focus, efficient interpersonal skills, team player, ability to multitask
