Job Title: Retail Store Supervisor

We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Retail Store Supervisor to join our team at Dhillon Investments & Operations Ltd.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Supervise and manage a team of sales staff, ensuring excellent customer service and sales performance.
  • Assign tasks and duties to team members, providing guidance and support as needed.
  • Prepare and analyze sales reports, identifying areas for improvement and implementing strategies to increase sales.
  • Resolve customer complaints and issues in a professional and timely manner.
  • Manage inventory levels, ensuring accurate stock counts and minimizing losses.
  • Supervise and coordinate the activities of workers, ensuring a smooth and efficient work environment.
  • Manage cash and financial transactions, maintaining accurate records and adhering to company policies.
Requirements:
  • 7 months to less than 1 year of experience in a retail environment.
  • Permanent employment with 35 hours per week.
  • English language proficiency.
Work Environment:

Fast-paced retail environment with a focus on excellent customer service and sales performance.

Personal Suitability:
  • Able to work accurately and efficiently in a team environment.
  • Excellent client focus and interpersonal skills.
  • Ability to multitask and prioritize tasks effectively.
