Job Summary

We are seeking a highly skilled Retail Store Supervisor to join our team at Dhillon Investments & Operations Ltd. The successful candidate will be responsible for supervising staff, assigning sales workers to duties, and preparing reports on sales volumes and personnel matters.

Key Responsibilities
  • Supervise and coordinate the activities of sales staff, ensuring efficient and effective sales operations.
  • Assign sales workers to duties, taking into account their skills and experience.
  • Prepare and submit reports on sales volumes, merchandising, and personnel matters to management.
  • Resolve customer complaints and supply shortages in a timely and professional manner.
  • Organize and maintain inventory, ensuring accurate stock levels and efficient stockroom operations.
  • Supervise and coordinate the activities of workers, including apprentices and design team members.
  • Manage cash and maintain accurate financial records.
Requirements
  • Secondary (high) school graduation certificate.
  • 7 months to less than 1 year of experience in a retail environment.
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and under pressure.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Ability to multitask and prioritize tasks effectively.
