Property Management Specialist

We are seeking a highly skilled Property Management Agent to join our team at MetCap Living. As a Property Management Agent, you will be responsible for overseeing the day-to-day operations of our properties, ensuring that they are well-maintained and that our residents are satisfied with their living experience.
Key Responsibilities- Hire and Supervise Staff: You will be responsible for hiring and supervising rental agents and building superintendents to ensure that our properties are well-managed and that our residents receive excellent service.
- Negotiate Leases: You will negotiate or approve rental or lease agreements on behalf of our property owners, ensuring that the terms of the agreements are met.
- Manage Maintenance: You will coordinate the implementation of repairs, maintenance, and renovations to ensure that our properties are well-maintained and that our residents are satisfied with their living experience.
- Monitor Finances: You will monitor the progress and cost of work for our property owners, ensuring that our properties are managed efficiently and effectively.
- Prepare Reports: You will prepare and administer contracts for property services, such as maintenance, and compile and maintain records on operating expenses and income.
- Education: A Bachelor's degree in a related field, such as real estate or business administration.
- Experience: At least 1 year of experience in property management or a related field.
- Skills: Excellent communication and organizational skills, with the ability to work in a fast-paced environment and meet tight deadlines.
- Work Environment: You will work in a fast-paced environment, with a large caseload and tight deadlines.
- Physical Demands: You will be required to work in a office environment, with occasional travel to properties.
