About NexGen Polymers inc.

We are a dynamic and innovative company seeking a highly skilled Administrative Officer to join our team. As an Administrative Officer, you will play a critical role in ensuring the smooth operation of our business.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Administrative Support: Provide administrative support to our management team, including preparing and maintaining records, reports, and other documents.
  • Policy and Procedure Development: Develop, implement, and maintain policies and procedures to ensure compliance with regulatory requirements and company standards.
  • Office Operations: Oversee the day-to-day operations of our office, including managing supplies, equipment, and facilities.
  • Records Management: Maintain accurate and up-to-date records, including personnel files, financial records, and other sensitive information.
  • Communication: Serve as a liaison between departments and external stakeholders, providing excellent communication and customer service skills.
  • Problem-Solving: Identify and resolve administrative issues and problems in a timely and effective manner.
Requirements:
  • Education: College/CEGEP or equivalent experience.
  • Experience: 5 years or more in an administrative role.
  • Skills: Excellent communication, organizational, and problem-solving skills. Proficient in Microsoft Office and other software applications.
  • Language: English (fluency in Tagalog is an asset).
