We are seeking a highly organized and detail-oriented Office Administrator to join our team at CAPTRA STAFFING CORPORATION. As an Office Administrator, you will be responsible for providing administrative support to our team and ensuring the smooth operation of our office.

Key Responsibilities
  • Administrative Tasks
    • Establish and prioritize work tasks to meet deadlines and ensure procedures are followed.
    • Carry out administrative activities, including coordinating office services and supervising staff.
    • Administer policies and procedures related to record release and government access to information and privacy legislation.
  • Office Management
    • Coordinate and plan for office services, including accommodation, relocation, equipment, supplies, and disposal of assets.
    • Oversee and coordinate office administrative procedures.
  • Supervision
    • Supervise a team of 1 to 10 people, depending on the office size.
  • Work Environment
    • Work in a fast-paced office environment with repetitive tasks and sitting for extended periods.
  • Personal Qualities
    • Excellent interpersonal, oral, and written communication skills.
    • Organized and able to multitask with excellent time management skills.
  • Experience
    • 1 year to less than 2 years of experience in an administrative role.
    • Permanent employment with 30 to 40 hours per week.
    • Fluency in English as the primary language of work.
