Position Overview:

As the Head of Project Management Strategy, your primary objective will be to enhance the efficiency of our production framework, fostering an environment conducive to innovation, operational excellence, governance, and the cultivation of business acumen.

In collaboration with the studio management team and under the guidance of the Managing Director, your department will be tasked with executing and refining the optimization and evolution of our production methodologies. This includes ensuring the governance and enhancement of our production processes and tools, facilitating production analysis operations, and partnering in the execution of talent development initiatives.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Provide expert leadership to identify inefficiencies within production processes and uncover opportunities for enhancement, aiming to optimize production costs.
  • Lead initiatives related to the evolution of our game production methodologies and the organizational refinement of our production structures.
  • Establish forums and actions to cultivate a culture of continuous improvement within production teams.
  • Oversee the implementation of innovations in game production and serve as the custodian of production methods and processes.
  • Manage the portfolio of continuous improvement initiatives in production management, ensuring effective governance.
Production Analytics and Performance Monitoring:

Ensure alignment of practices, tools, and metrics utilized in production analysis while managing the team of Analysts and Product Specialists. This includes overseeing project portfolio reporting at the studio level, contributing to organizational project portfolio reporting, and developing standardized production analysis practices in alignment with the Group's various production analysis communities.

Talent Management and Development:

Exhibit mobilizing leadership that supports the studio's goal of fostering a learning organization, contributing to the advancement of business skill development practices.

In close collaboration with Directors and the Talent Management team, engage in identifying medium and long-term talent development needs, support the creation of career pathways, and contribute to the identification and implementation of expertise development strategies.

Qualifications:
  • Proven experience and recognized leadership in project portfolio management, governance, and various project management methodologies (Waterfall, Agile, ITIL, COBIT, PMI, KanBan, etc.).
  • Experience in video game production or relevant multimedia industry experience.
  • Demonstrated skills in team management.
  • A mindset geared towards implementing tools and a culture of performance monitoring, including the establishment and tracking of indicators and dashboards.
  • Ability to balance production requirements with personnel development.
  • Project Management Professional (PMP) and Certified Scrum Master (CSM) certifications are advantageous.
  • Familiarity with the JIRA tool is a plus.
