Job Summary

We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Director of Human Resources to join our team at THE 500 SELECTION SERVICES (MA). As a key member of our organization, you will be responsible for leading the HR department and ensuring that our employees are equipped to meet the organization's goals.

Key Responsibilities
  • Leadership and Strategy
    • Develop and implement HR strategies that align with the organization's overall goals and objectives.
    • Provide guidance and support to HR staff to ensure they are equipped to meet the needs of the organization.
  • Employee Relations
    • Administer staff consultation and grievance procedures to ensure a positive and productive work environment.
    • Assign projects to subordinates and staff relating to employment, compensation, labour relations, and employee relations.
  • Operations and Administration
    • Coordinate the activities of the HR department to ensure they meet the organization's goals.
    • Direct and control daily operations, including planning and controlling budget and expenditures.
    • Evaluate daily operations to identify areas for improvement.
  • Training and Development
    • Plan and organize training programs to develop the skills and knowledge of HR staff.
    • Establish and implement policies and procedures to ensure compliance with laws and regulations.
  • Recruitment and Hiring
    • Recruit and hire staff to meet the organization's needs.
    • Develop and implement recruitment strategies to attract top talent.
Requirements
  • Education
    • Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field.
  • Experience
    • 5 years or more of experience in a senior HR role, preferably in a similar industry.
  • Certifications
    • Certified Human Resources Professional (CHRP) or equivalent certification.
