The 500 Selection Services (MA) is seeking a highly motivated and experienced Human Resources Director to lead our HR department. This individual will play a crucial role in shaping our company culture, fostering employee growth, and ensuring compliance with all applicable labor laws.

As the Human Resources Director, you will be responsible for overseeing all aspects of human resources management, including:

  • Talent Acquisition: Develop and implement effective recruitment strategies to attract top talent. Manage the entire hiring process, from sourcing candidates to onboarding new employees.
  • Employee Relations: Foster a positive and productive work environment by addressing employee concerns, resolving conflicts, and promoting open communication.
  • Compensation and Benefits: Administer competitive compensation and benefits packages to attract and retain qualified employees. Ensure compliance with all relevant regulations.
  • Training and Development: Design and deliver training programs to enhance employee skills and knowledge. Identify opportunities for professional growth and development.
  • Policy Development and Implementation: Create and implement HR policies and procedures that align with company goals and legal requirements.
  • Performance Management: Establish performance evaluation systems and provide feedback to employees to support their career development.

The ideal candidate will possess a strong understanding of human resources principles and practices, excellent communication and interpersonal skills, and the ability to lead and motivate a team.
