The Cultural Human Resources Council is seeking a visionary leader to serve as the Executive Director, Network Management. This is a unique opportunity to join a dynamic organization and lead the development of a robust network of cultural professionals.

Key Responsibilities
  • Develop and implement strategic plans to advance the cultural sector
  • Build and maintain relationships with key stakeholders, including government officials, funders, and community agencies
  • Provide leadership and guidance to staff, advisors, and consultants
  • Monitor and analyze arts sector activities locally, provincially, and nationally
  • Develop policy and program recommendations for the Board

Requirements
  • Strong understanding of organizational dynamics and implementation of effective operational models
  • Demonstrated commitment to diversity, equity, and inclusion, with an understanding of Indigenous perspectives
  • Ability to think creatively, identify emerging trends, and develop ambitious yet achievable solutions
  • Strategic and operational planning experience
  • Financial management experience within the arts, cultural, or non-profit sector
  • Knowledge of grant administration, public art programs and policies, and arts development
