About the Role

We are seeking a highly experienced Senior Sales Leader to join our team. As a key member of our management team, you will be responsible for designing and implementing sales strategies to expand our market share. You will work closely with our marketing team to develop strategies that support portfolio growth, income generation, and cross-functional project support.

Key Responsibilities
  • Develop and implement sales strategies to drive revenue growth and expand market share
  • Collaborate with marketing to develop strategies that support portfolio growth and income generation
  • Lead and motivate the sales team to deliver on sales targets
  • Build a foundation for excellence in customer adoption through the use of cost-effective processes, metrics, and best practices
  • Participate in the management team to drive strategic growth and business development
Requirements
  • Extensive experience in building and leading sales organizations with a proven track record of driving growth
  • Strong leadership and team management skills, with the ability to provide collaborative plans and advisement
  • B2B commercial experience is preferred, with a Bachelor's degree in Business, Finance, Marketing, or equivalent
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with strategic thinking and problem-solving abilities
  • Experience with Microsoft Office Suite
