Nursing Director

Sunrise Senior Living is seeking a highly skilled and compassionate Nursing Director to lead our team of healthcare professionals in providing exceptional care to our residents.
Key Responsibilities:- Lead and manage the nursing team to ensure high-quality care and services are delivered to residents.
- Develop and implement care plans that meet the unique needs of each resident.
- Collaborate with physicians, pharmacists, and other healthcare professionals to coordinate care and services.
- Ensure compliance with regulatory requirements and Sunrise Senior Living's policies and procedures.
- Recruit, train, and develop a team of skilled nurses and healthcare professionals.
- Graduate of an accredited college or school of nursing with a current provincial license as a professional Registered Nurse (RN).
- Minimum two (2) years RN experience with at least one (1) year experience in home health, assisted living, or long-term care environment preferred.
- Minimum of one (1) year nursing management experience, including hiring, coaching, performance management, scheduling, and daily operations supervision.
- Certified in CPR and First Aid.
