Job Title: Customer Service Clerk

We are seeking a highly skilled and customer-focused Customer Service Clerk to join our team at Conners Transfer Limited.

Job Summary:

The Customer Service Clerk will be responsible for providing exceptional customer service, addressing customer inquiries, and resolving issues in a timely and professional manner.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Customer Service: Respond to customer inquiries, resolve issues, and provide information to customers in a professional and courteous manner.
  • Communication: Excellent written and verbal communication skills to effectively communicate with customers, colleagues, and management.
  • Problem-Solving: Analyze and resolve customer complaints and issues in a fair and timely manner.
  • Administrative: Perform general administrative tasks, such as data entry, filing, and record-keeping.
Requirements:
  • Education: Secondary (high) school graduation certificate.
  • Experience: 2 years to less than 3 years of experience in a customer service role.
  • Language: English.
Work Environment:

The Customer Service Clerk will work in a hybrid environment, with a mix of office and remote work.
