Job Summary

We are seeking a highly skilled and customer-focused Customer Service Representative to join our team at Conners Transfer Limited. As a key member of our customer service team, you will be responsible for providing exceptional service to our clients, resolving their inquiries and concerns in a timely and professional manner.

Key Responsibilities
  • Answering Inquiries
    • Respond to customer inquiries via phone, email, or in-person, providing accurate and timely information to resolve their issues.
  • Resolving Complaints
    • Listen to customer concerns and respond in a professional and empathetic manner, resolving issues in a fair and timely manner.
  • Providing General Office Support
    • Perform general office duties, such as data entry, filing, and other administrative tasks as required.
  • Transportation and Logistics
    • Ensure that all transportation and logistics requirements are met, including arranging for transportation and coordinating with drivers.
Requirements
  • Education
    • Secondary (high) school graduation certificate
  • Experience
    • 2 years to less than 3 years of experience in a customer service role
  • Skills
    • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
    • Ability to work in a fast-paced environment
    • Strong problem-solving and analytical skills
    • Ability to multitask and prioritize tasks
