Job Summary

We are seeking a highly skilled and customer-focused individual to join our team at Conners Transfer Limited as a Customer Service Clerk. As a key member of our customer service team, you will be responsible for providing exceptional service to our clients, addressing their inquiries and concerns, and ensuring their overall satisfaction with our services.

Key Responsibilities
  • Customer Service: Respond to customer inquiries and concerns in a timely and professional manner, providing accurate and helpful information to resolve issues.
  • Communication: Develop and maintain effective communication with customers, colleagues, and management to ensure seamless service delivery.
  • Problem-Solving: Analyze and resolve customer complaints and issues in a fair and efficient manner, escalating complex issues to management as needed.
  • Documentation: Maintain accurate and detailed records of customer interactions, including complaints and resolutions.
  • Team Collaboration: Work collaboratively with the customer service team to achieve shared goals and objectives, providing support and assistance as needed.
Requirements
  • Education: Secondary (high) school graduation certificate or equivalent.
  • Experience: 2 years to less than 3 years of experience in a customer-facing role, or equivalent experience.
  • Skills: Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to work in a fast-paced environment and handle multiple priorities.
  • Language: Fluency in English, with the ability to communicate effectively with customers and colleagues.
Work Environment

As a Customer Service Clerk at Conners Transfer Limited, you will work in a hybrid environment, with a mix of in-office and remote work arrangements. You will be required to work 40 hours per week, with flexibility to work additional hours as needed to meet business demands.
