Job Title: Transportation Customer Service Representative

Cooke, a global seafood company, is seeking an experienced Transportation Customer Service Representative to join our growing team in North America, Europe, South America, and Australia.

This is an exciting opportunity for someone who loves to be hands-on and personal with customers, handling requirements from start to finish.

The role consists of:

  • Order entry and maintenance
  • Scheduling pick up and delivery appointments
  • Ensuring service levels are met
  • Liaison between shippers, receivers, and our drivers
  • Maximizing utilization of resources in a cost-effective manner
  • Accessorial charge management
  • OS&D tracking
  • Other duties as assigned

Candidates should have:

  • Strong customer service focus
  • At least 2 years Customer Service experience in the Transportation Industry
  • Strong communication skills
  • Hours of Service and geographical knowledge
  • Transportation weights and measures
  • Experience with TruckMate (Maddox) considered an asset
  • Experience managing OS&D and claims
