Job Title: Customer Service Clerk

We are seeking a highly skilled and customer-focused Customer Service Clerk to join our team at Conners Transfer Limited. As a key member of our customer service team, you will be responsible for providing exceptional service to our clients, resolving their inquiries and concerns in a timely and professional manner.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Respond to customer inquiries and resolve issues in a prompt and professional manner
  • Provide accurate and timely information to customers
  • Address customer complaints and concerns in a courteous and respectful manner
  • Perform general office duties, including data entry and record-keeping
  • Collaborate with internal teams to resolve customer issues and improve overall customer experience
Requirements:
  • Secondary (high) school graduation certificate
  • 2 years to less than 3 years of experience in a customer service role
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and meet deadlines
  • Strong problem-solving and analytical skills
