Job Title: Relationship Specialist

We are seeking a highly motivated and customer-focused Relationship Specialist to join our team. As a Relationship Specialist, you will be responsible for building and maintaining strong relationships with our customers, providing them with exceptional service and support.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Develop and maintain relationships with current and prospective customers
  • Provide financing solutions to independent auto dealers
  • Elevate customer relationships and attract new business
  • Grow AFC revenue while balancing risk
Requirements:
  • 3-5 years of experience in customer-facing, sales, or sales support roles
  • Valid driver's license with reliable transportation
  • Ability to frequently travel within your market
  • Proficient in using technology required for the position
  • Strong understanding of portfolio management, risk, and new business development
