Job Responsibilities
  • Monitor and report on the efficiency of computer systems and networks.
  • Assist users encountering issues with their computer systems.
  • Research and implement solutions by consulting user manuals, technical documentation, and other resources.
  • Provide guidance and training to users based on identified challenges.
  • Maintain a log of problems and solutions for reference by other support analysts.
  • Engage in the redesign of applications and software as needed.
  • Oversee other technical support personnel within the team.
  • Deliver business systems, network, and Internet support to users facing difficulties.
  • Set up equipment for employee use, ensuring proper installation of cables, operating systems, and necessary software.
  • Conduct web-server backup and recovery operations.
Qualifications
  • Experience: 2 to less than 3 years in a relevant field.
  • Eligibility: Must be a Canadian citizen, permanent resident, or hold a valid Canadian work permit.

Salary

$22 hourly for 37.5 hours per week.
