Technical Analyst

Iron Systems is a leading provider of custom-built computing infrastructure platforms. We are seeking a highly motivated Technical Analyst to join our team.
Key Responsibilities:- Collaborate with clients to analyze functional requirements and develop technical solutions.
- Review technical designs and provide guidance to ensure they meet business requirements.
- Evaluate risks and predict potential problems to ensure seamless project execution.
- Write reports, specifications, and create flowcharts to communicate technical information effectively.
- Work with multidisciplinary teams to identify and resolve technical issues.
- Act as an intermediary between functional and technical resources to ensure smooth project delivery.
- Test new functions, report bugs, and follow up on fixes with the team.
- Coordinate the UAT process with the team to ensure high-quality deliverables.
- Minimum 7 years of experience in technical analysis and programming.
- Demonstrated experience in collaborating with clients, reviewing technical designs, and evaluating risks.
- Strong oral and written communication skills.
- Experience working with relational databases and SQL.
- Experience with Excel Spreadsheets.
- Experience working with government organizations and Content Management Systems is an asset.
