Are you an experienced sales professional eager to expand our reach with national clients? EverLine Coatings, a rapidly growing commercial service franchise, is looking for a motivated and proactive National Sales and Account Manager to spearhead our growth by targeting regional and national retail and restaurant chains.
At EverLine, we value proactive and strategic thinking. If you are a self-starter with a strong "hunter" mentality who excels at managing strategic relationships, we want to hear from you. Your experience in B2B construction or commercial/industrial trades, particularly with large regional and national chains, will be highly regarded.
Key Responsibilities:
- Drive Growth: Lead efforts to maintain and expand relationships with large, multi-location customers, achieving sales quotas and strategic account objectives.
- Strategic Leadership: Represent the full range of EverLine's products and services, ensuring our clients' needs and expectations are met.
- Collaborative Planning: Work closely with franchise partners and field associates, focusing on headquarters and critical buying locations.
- Client Engagement: Establish and cultivate relationships with key clients, both new and existing, to drive success in local markets.
- Achieve profitable sales targets and strategic goals in assigned accounts.
- Lead joint company-strategic account planning to develop mutual performance objectives and financial targets.
- Continuously assess and address customer needs while effectively engaging company resources.
- Ensure high customer satisfaction ratings and meet the strategic objectives of EverLine leadership.
- Coordinate executive involvement with customer management and create detailed project scopes for hand-off to project managers and franchise locations.
- Meet assigned sales quotas and profitability expectations in designated national accounts.
- Achieve strategic customer objectives and maintain high customer satisfaction ratings.
- Complete required training and development objectives within the assigned time frame.
- Develop and execute strategic customer account plans that align with company standards.
- A four-year college degree from an accredited institution or relevant experience.
- Minimum of 5 years of strategic sales experience in a B2B environment. Candidates with a strong background in construction or commercial/industrial trades are preferred.
- Strong computer proficiency with experience in Google Workspace and other cloud-based applications, ideally including HubSpot or similar CRM Platforms.
