About the Role

We are seeking a highly skilled Sales and Distribution Manager to join our team at UNI-ONE FOOD GROUP INC. as a key member of our commercial operations team.

Key Responsibilities
  • Strategic Planning: Develop and implement strategic plans to drive sales growth, expand market share, and improve operational efficiency.
  • Team Leadership: Lead and manage a team of sales professionals to achieve sales targets, build strong relationships with customers, and provide exceptional customer service.
  • Budgeting and Forecasting: Plan, control, and manage budgets and forecasts to ensure accurate financial reporting and informed business decisions.
  • Marketing Collaboration: Work closely with the marketing department to understand market trends, develop effective marketing strategies, and communicate marketing messages to the sales team.
  • Staff Management: Recruit, train, and develop sales staff to ensure they have the necessary skills and knowledge to succeed in their roles.
  • Performance Monitoring: Monitor and evaluate sales performance, identify areas for improvement, and implement corrective actions to achieve sales targets.
Requirements
  • Education: College/CEGEP degree in a relevant field.
  • Experience: 2 years to less than 3 years of experience in sales, marketing, or a related field.
  • Language: English.
  • Work Hours: 30 to 40 hours per week.
