Retail Store Manager

We are seeking a highly skilled Retail Store Supervisor to join our team at PEC Enterprises Ltd. As a key member of our retail operations, you will be responsible for overseeing the daily activities of our store, ensuring excellent customer service, and driving sales growth.
Key Responsibilities- Team Leadership: Supervise and coordinate the activities of sales workers, providing guidance and support to ensure seamless store operations.
- Merchandise Management: Order and manage inventory, authorize returns, and maintain accurate records to optimize stock levels.
- Customer Service: Resolve customer complaints and requests in a professional and courteous manner, ensuring a positive shopping experience.
- Reporting and Analysis: Prepare sales reports and analyze data to identify trends and areas for improvement.
- Staff Development: Hire, train, and develop staff members to enhance their skills and performance.
- Education: Secondary (high) school graduation certificate
- Experience: 1 year to less than 2 years
- Language: English
- Work Hours: 30 hours per week
