About the Role

B+H Architects is seeking a highly skilled Project Manager to lead our healthcare projects. As a key member of our team, you will be responsible for managing multiple projects simultaneously, ensuring timely completion, and maintaining high-quality deliverables.

Key Responsibilities
  • Negotiate and manage project scope, schedules, and budgets.
  • Lead a team of architects and engineers to deliver high-quality projects.
  • Develop and implement project plans, including resource allocation and risk management.
  • Collaborate with clients, contractors, and stakeholders to ensure project success.
  • Monitor project progress, identify and mitigate risks, and implement corrective actions as needed.
Requirements
  • 10-15 years of experience in architectural project management.
  • Minimum 7 years of experience in healthcare projects.
  • Familiarity with PMI framework and industry-standard practices.
  • Excellent leadership, communication, and problem-solving skills.
  • Strong understanding of project accounting and financial management.
  • PMP certification is an asset.
