Job Title: Regional Service Application Manager

At T-Net British Columbia, we are seeking a highly skilled Regional Service Application Manager to join our IT Operations team. As a key member of our team, you will be responsible for managing the province's access to Software as a Service (SaaS) applications, ensuring they run smoothly and efficiently for the Real Property Division.

About the Role

This is a hybrid role that requires a unique blend of technical and business skills. You will work closely with our team to identify and implement solutions that improve business decisions and outcomes. Your work will benefit citizens by making services more reliable and easier to use.

Key Responsibilities
  • Manage the province's access to SaaS applications, ensuring they run smoothly and efficiently.
  • Work with our team to identify and implement solutions that improve business decisions and outcomes.
  • Develop and maintain positive client relationships and working partnerships with client teams, vendors, and cross-organizational business units.
  • Perform business analysis in a complex technology environment to support system application changes or improvements.
  • Develop IT-related guidelines, policies, procedures, and processes.
  • Experience with IT contracts and interpreting licensing terms and conditions.
  • Experience working with various software vendors and vendor licensing models.
Requirements

To be successful in this role, you will need:

  • A degree in Information Technology, Information Management, Business Administration (IT/IM) or a directly related field and 2 years of related experience.
  • Diploma in Information Technology, Information Management, Business Administration (IT/IM) or a directly related field and 3 years of related experience.
  • Certification from a recognized institution in Information Technology, Information Management, Business Administration (IT/IM) or a directly related field and 4 years of related experience.
  • Cloud-based software subscription management related experience, including tracking and monitoring enterprise licensing arrangements for large organizations.
