Job Title: Regional Service Application Manager

At T-Net British Columbia, we are seeking a highly skilled Regional Service Application Manager to join our IT Operations team. As a key member of our team, you will be responsible for managing the province's access to Software as a Service (SaaS) applications, ensuring they run smoothly and efficiently for the Real Property Division.

About the Role

This is a hybrid role that requires a unique blend of technical expertise, business acumen, and interpersonal skills. You will work closely with our team to identify and implement solutions that improve business decisions and outcomes.

Key Responsibilities
  • Manage the province's access to SaaS applications, ensuring they meet the needs of the Real Property Division.
  • Collaborate with our team to identify and implement solutions that improve business decisions and outcomes.
  • Develop and maintain positive client relationships and working partnerships with client teams, vendors, and cross-organizational business units.
  • Perform business analysis in a complex technology environment to support system application changes or improvements relating to corporate information technology projects.
  • Develop IT-related guidelines, policies, procedures, and processes.
  • Experience with IT contracts and interpreting licensing terms and conditions.
  • Experience working with various software vendors and vendor licensing models.
Requirements
  • Degree in Information Technology, Information Management, Business Administration (IT/IM) or a directly related field and 2 years *related experience; Diploma in Information Technology, Information Management, Business Administration (IT/IM) or a directly related field and 3 years *related experience; Certification from a recognized institution in Information Technology, Information Management, Business Administration (IT/IM) or a directly related field and 4 years *related experience.
  • Cloud-based software subscription management related experience includes tracking & monitoring enterprise licensing arrangements for large organizations.
  • Experience providing expertise, guidance, and assistance in configuring and administering JIRA and Confluence Cloud instances, including issue management, and implications to staff/professionals.
