Job Title: Regional Service Application Manager

At T-Net British Columbia, we are seeking a highly skilled Regional Service Application Manager to join our IT Operations team. As a key member of our team, you will be responsible for managing the province's access to Software as a Service (SaaS) applications, ensuring they run smoothly and efficiently for the Real Property Division.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Manage SaaS applications to ensure optimal performance and efficiency
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to identify and implement process improvements
  • Develop and maintain positive client relationships and working partnerships with client teams, vendors, and cross-organizational business units
  • Perform business analysis in a complex technology environment to support system application changes or improvements
  • Develop IT-related guidelines, policies, procedures, and processes
Requirements:
  • Degree in Information Technology, Information Management, Business Administration (IT/IM) or a directly related field and 2 years of related experience
  • Experience with cloud-based software subscription management, including tracking and monitoring enterprise licensing arrangements for large organizations
  • Experience with JIRA and Confluence Cloud instances, including issue management and implications to staff/professionals
  • Experience building and maintaining positive client relationships and working partnerships with client teams, vendors, and cross-organizational business units
