Position Overview

Key Responsibilities

The supervisor will be responsible for:

  • Developing strategies to achieve work schedules
  • Managing and coordinating the activities of food preparation staff
  • Training employees on their job responsibilities, hygiene, and safety protocols
  • Estimating the necessary ingredients and supplies for meal preparation
  • Ensuring compliance with quality control standards for food and service
  • Addressing customer feedback and concerns
  • Maintaining accurate records of inventory, repairs, sales, and waste
  • Preparing and submitting operational reports
  • Possessing knowledge of various culinary styles offered by the establishment
