Food Service Supervisor

We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Food Service Supervisor to join our team at 14049501 Canada Inc. as a Culinary Operations Supervisor. In this role, you will be responsible for overseeing the daily operations of our kitchen, ensuring that food and service meet the highest quality standards.
Key Responsibilities- Establish and Implement Operational Procedures
- Develop and implement efficient methods to meet work schedules and ensure seamless kitchen operations.
- Supervise and coordinate the activities of kitchen staff, including food preparation, portioning, and presentation.
- Staff Management and Training
- Train and develop kitchen staff in job duties, sanitation, and safety procedures.
- Provide guidance and support to staff to ensure they meet the required standards.
- Inventory Management and Budgeting
- Estimate and manage inventory levels to ensure efficient use of resources.
- Prepare and manage budgets to ensure cost-effectiveness.
- Quality Control and Customer Service
- Ensure that food and service meet quality control standards.
- Address customer complaints and concerns in a professional and timely manner.
- Reporting and Record-Keeping
- Prepare and submit reports on kitchen operations, inventory, and staff performance.
- Maintain accurate records of stock, repairs, sales, and wastage.
- Education and Experience
- Secondary (high) school graduation certificate.
- 1 year to less than 2 years of experience in a similar role.
- Skills and Abilities
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and meet tight deadlines.
- Physical stamina to stand for extended periods and perform manual tasks.
