Food Service Supervisor

We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Food Service Supervisor to join our team at 14049501 Canada Inc. As a key member of our restaurant operations team, you will be responsible for overseeing the day-to-day activities of our food service staff, ensuring that our customers receive exceptional service and that our food quality meets the highest standards.
Key Responsibilities- Establish and Implement Operational Procedures
Develop and implement effective operational procedures to ensure seamless food service delivery, including menu planning, inventory management, and staff scheduling.
Supervise and Train Food Service StaffRecruit, train, and supervise a team of food service staff, providing guidance and support to ensure they meet our high standards of quality and customer service.
Manage Food Quality and SafetyEnsure that all food is prepared and presented to the highest standards, adhering to health and safety regulations and maintaining a clean and hygienic kitchen environment.
Monitor and Control CostsPrepare and manage budgets, monitor expenses, and implement cost-saving initiatives to ensure the financial sustainability of our restaurant operations.
Provide Excellent Customer ServiceEnsure that all customers receive exceptional service, responding promptly to their needs and resolving any issues in a professional and courteous manner.
Requirements- Secondary (High) School Graduation Certificate
- 1-2 Years of Experience in Food Service Supervision
- Excellent Communication and Interpersonal Skills
- Ability to Work in a Fast-Paced Environment
- Physical Demands of the Job
- Standing for extended periods
- Bending, crouching, kneeling
- Walking
