About the Role

We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Culinary Professional to join our team at Duncan's Lounge Ltd as a Kitchen Operations Manager. In this role, you will be responsible for overseeing the day-to-day operations of our kitchen, ensuring that our high standards of quality and service are consistently met.

Key Responsibilities
  • Menu Planning and Preparation: Develop and implement menus that showcase our culinary expertise and meet the tastes and preferences of our customers.
  • Staff Management: Supervise and train kitchen staff to ensure that they have the skills and knowledge needed to deliver exceptional service and quality food.
  • Inventory Management: Oversee the ordering and inventory of food, supplies, and equipment to ensure that we have the necessary resources to meet our operational needs.
  • Quality Control: Conduct regular quality control checks to ensure that our food meets our high standards of quality and safety.
  • Customer Service: Provide exceptional customer service by ensuring that our customers receive prompt and courteous service, and that their needs are met in a timely and efficient manner.
Requirements
  • Education: Secondary (high) school graduation certificate.
  • Experience: 2 years to less than 3 years of experience in a similar role.
  • Work Setting: Restaurant environment.
  • Physical Demands: Ability to stand for extended periods, handle heavy loads, and work in a fast-paced environment.
