- Food Safety and Quality: Maintain the highest standards of food safety and quality, ensuring that all food is prepared and presented to the highest standards.
- Inventory Management: Manage our inventory of ingredients and supplies, ensuring that we have the necessary stock to meet customer demand.
- Teamwork and Communication: Work closely with our front-of-house team to ensure that our customers receive excellent service and that our kitchen and dining areas are clean and well-maintained.
- Education and Experience: A minimum of 2 years' experience as a chef in a high-volume kitchen, with a proven track record of success in menu planning, chef management, and food safety and quality.
