Food Service Associate

We are seeking a skilled Food Service Worker to join our team at Compass Canada. As a key member of our culinary team, you will be responsible for preparing, presenting, and serving meals to our customers.
Key Responsibilities- Food Preparation: Prepare and cook a variety of menu items, including soups, salads, and entrees, to ensure high-quality presentation and taste.
- Service Delivery: Serve customers in a friendly and efficient manner, following established service standards and procedures.
- Cleanliness and Sanitation: Maintain a clean and sanitary work environment, adhering to all health and safety regulations and guidelines.
- Teamwork: Collaborate with other team members to ensure seamless service delivery and achieve business objectives.
- Customer Service: Provide exceptional customer service, responding to customer inquiries and resolving any issues in a professional and courteous manner.
- Education: High school diploma or equivalent required.
- Certifications: FoodSafe Level 1 Certification required.
- Experience: Previous food service experience in a fast-paced environment, preferably in a healthcare, hotel, restaurant, or fast food setting.
- Skills: Strong communication and teamwork skills, with the ability to work independently and as part of a team.
- Physical Demands: Ability to stand for long periods, lift up to 25 pounds, and perform other physical demands of the job.
