Position Overview

Role Summary
As a Service Analyst, your primary focus will be on the administration and oversight of R&D Tech GxP and non-GxP applications. You will ensure that service delivery aligns with both organizational and IT Service Management (ITSM) standards, while also promoting ongoing enhancements in service operations. Your ability to maintain compliance and understand business requirements will be crucial in fostering productive relationships.
