Job Overview

Position Summary:

As a Management Trainee, you will embark on a comprehensive 4-phase program designed to immerse you in the various facets of our operations. This includes everything from logistics and inventory management to customer engagement and team development. You will cultivate your own sales territory, delivering exceptional customer service while receiving ongoing mentorship and support from experienced managers and colleagues across the organization.

Program Structure:

Phase 1: Logistics and Customer Engagement (12 Months) – Focus on warehouse operations, inventory control, and direct customer support.

Phase 2: Client Relations and Supply Chain Management (12 Months) – Emphasis on resolving customer issues and fostering relationships with both clients and suppliers.

Phase 3: Business Development and Sales Strategy (12 Months) – Concentration on expanding the customer base and enhancing partnerships through proactive sales efforts.

Phase 4: Leadership Development and Operational Strategy (3 Months) – Focus on cultivating leadership abilities, mentoring team members, and defining strategic goals for the business.

Upon successful completion of the training phases, you will be equipped to assume a managerial role within one of our operational centers.

Required Qualifications

  • A university degree or college diploma in any field of study is acceptable.
  • A mindset geared towards growth and entrepreneurship.
  • A strong interest in sales and customer service.
  • A commitment to continuous learning and a robust work ethic.
  • Demonstrated potential in leadership, customer service, and organizational skills.
  • Ability to work independently as well as collaboratively within a team.
  • Excellent communication skills with a talent for building and maintaining professional relationships.
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office applications.
  • A valid driver's license is required.
