Responsibilities What could your initial experience entail? You will gain insights into the business from the ground up through a comprehensive onboarding program. Our Sales Leadership Program encompasses a wide range of experiences across various divisions within PepsiCo Foods & Beverages. By showcasing proven results and leadership capabilities in our new graduate program, you will be well-positioned for future leadership roles within PepsiCo Canada. Your key tasks will include:
• Acquiring in-market experience to understand the business thoroughly
• Leading a team based on your location and division assignment.
• Collaborating with customers to implement sales strategies, merchandise, create displays, manage inventory, and execute promotional events.
• Grasping and applying our go-to-market strategies, including Direct to Store Delivery, Warehouse Distribution, and Third Party Carriers.
• Utilizing your analytical skills to enhance volume, revenue, and profitability.
• Influencing and working alongside the field sales team, key accounts, and customers to address consumer needs within the region.
• Leveraging your analytical abilities to conduct business reviews with key stakeholders.
Required qualifications:
A Bachelor's Degree completed within the specified timeframe. Strong leadership qualities, enthusiasm, and a commitment to making a difference. Excellent communication and interpersonal abilities. Outstanding organizational skills, demonstrated by your capacity to manage multiple priorities, solve complex problems, and meet targets.
