About the Role

We are seeking an experienced Department Store President to lead our retail operations and drive business growth at Narayan Development Inc.

Key Responsibilities
  • Strategic Leadership
    • Develop and implement organizational policies and programs to achieve business objectives
    • Establish and maintain effective relationships with senior staff, regions, and departments
    • Represent the organization in negotiations and official functions
  • Operational Management
    • Allocate resources to implement organizational policies and programs
    • Authorize and organize the establishment of major departments and associated senior staff positions
    • Co-ordinate the work of regions, divisions, or departments
  • Financial Management
    • Establish financial and administrative controls
    • Formulate and approve promotional campaigns
    • Approve overall human resources planning
  • Human Resources
    • Select middle managers, directors, or other executive staff
    • Delegate authority and create optimum working conditions
  • Communication
    • Represent the organization in official functions
    • Delegate representatives to act on behalf of the organization
    Requirements
    • Education
      • Bachelor's degree
    • Experience
      • 3 years to less than 5 years
      • Or equivalent experience
    • Work Setting
