About the Role

We are seeking a highly skilled and dedicated Child Development Program Lead to join our team at P & N Development Ltd. As a key member of our staff, you will be responsible for developing and implementing child-care programs that support the physical, cognitive, emotional, and social development of children.

Key Responsibilities
  • Develop and implement child-care programs that promote the well-being and development of children
  • Supervise and train staff, trainees, or volunteers to ensure high-quality care and education
  • Lead activities that foster learning, creativity, and socialization among children
  • Order supplies and equipment to maintain a safe and healthy environment
  • Guide children in developing essential life skills, such as eating, dressing, and toilet habits
  • Monitor children's progress and prepare reports for parents, guardians, or supervisors
  • Plan and maintain a safe and engaging environment that promotes children's health, security, and well-being
  • Organize activities for school-age children before and after regular school hours
Requirements
  • Child development worker (ECE level 2) certification
  • 1 year to less than 2 years of experience in a related field
  • Punctuality, teamwork, and strong values and ethics
Work Environment

This is a permanent position with 35 hours of work per week. The language of work is English.
