About Our Place Restaurant

We are a dynamic and fast-paced restaurant looking for a skilled and experienced cook to join our team. As an Executive Chef, you will be responsible for leading our kitchen operations and ensuring that our customers receive the highest quality food and service.

Key Responsibilities
  • Food Preparation: Prepare and cook complete meals or individual dishes and foods to the highest standards of quality and presentation.
  • Kitchen Management: Supervise kitchen staff and helpers, maintain inventory and records of food, supplies and equipment, and ensure that the kitchen is clean and well-organized.
  • Quality Control: Inspect kitchens and food service areas to ensure that they meet our high standards of cleanliness and safety.
  • Team Leadership: Lead and motivate our kitchen team to achieve our goals and objectives.
Requirements
  • Education: Secondary (high) school graduation certificate.
  • Experience: 1 year to less than 2 years of experience in a similar role.
  • Work Setting: Restaurant environment with a fast-paced and dynamic atmosphere.
  • Transportation: Public transportation is available.
Working Conditions
  • Physical Demands: Physically demanding role requiring standing for extended periods and handling heavy loads.
  • Work Environment: Fast-paced environment with a high level of attention to detail required.
