Job Summary

As a key member of McKesson's Corporate team, the Senior Business Analyst will perform strategic business research and analysis to drive business growth and improvement. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in business systems analysis, with a focus on supply chain management.

Key Responsibilities
  • Business Alignment: Ensure that IT development initiatives are aligned with business objectives and strategies.
  • Process Improvement: Identify opportunities for process improvements and mitigate risks to ensure business continuity.
  • Requirements Gathering: Gather and document business requirements to inform system design and development.
  • Stakeholder Management: Interact with customers, suppliers, and internal stakeholders to understand their needs and provide solutions.
  • Solution Evaluation: Evaluate the scope, budget, and feasibility of proposed solutions to ensure they meet business needs.
  • Documentation: Create and maintain accurate and detailed documentation of business processes and system features.
  • Testing: Develop and execute test plans to ensure system functionality and quality.
  • Project Management: Lead and coordinate project activities, including resource allocation and issue resolution.
  • Communication: Provide regular updates and status reports to stakeholders, including project plans, timelines, and budgets.
Requirements
  • Education: Bachelor's degree in Information Technology or related field.
  • Experience: Minimum 7 years of experience in business systems analysis, with a focus on supply chain management.
  • Skills: Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, with excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Language: Proficient in English and French, with the ability to communicate effectively with stakeholders.
