We are seeking a Business Analyst to contribute to the success of Opusing LLC.

Assignment Duration: 4 months

Work Schedule: 40 hours/week (8 hours per day, Monday to Friday)

Work Mode: Hybrid (in-person required 1 day per week)

Key Responsibilities
  • Develop a comprehensive understanding of the organization, its business processes, data domains, and the existing application ecosystem relevant to the assigned business capacity.
  • Evaluate the current state, pinpoint challenges, and identify business requirements.
  • Document, model, and oversee business requirements.
  • Lead the development of the desired future state.
  • Conduct gap analysis.
  • Identify benefits and key performance indicators for success.
  • Manage deliverables associated with analyses, including the creation of target business process maps.
  • Engage in the selection of technological solutions by performing impact analyses and ensuring alignment with business needs.
  • Assist in defining transition strategies, developing roadmaps, and implementation plans.
  • Facilitate stakeholder engagement at every stage of roadmap development.
  • Act as a point of reference and business representative.
  • Ensure alignment of scope with the organization’s other business capabilities and roadmaps.
  • Contribute to the establishment of roadmap governance.
  • Participate in assessing the organization’s capacity for change and developing change management strategies.
  • Collaborate with enterprise and domain architecture to enhance architectural artifacts.

  • Ability to navigate complex architectural concepts to extract essential elements for delivering key outputs.
  • Comfortable operating in ambiguous and evolving environments.
  • Strong communication skills to influence and engage stakeholders at all levels.

  • Exceptional interpersonal skills, along with creativity and curiosity.

  • Quick learner of diverse concepts, practices, and business areas.
Minimum Qualifications
  • At least 10 years of experience as a business analyst or architect.
  • Proficient in business analysis methodologies, techniques, and tools, including business process modeling (BPMN).
  • Strong knowledge of business architecture methods, models, techniques, and tools.
  • Fluent in spoken and written French.
  • Experience in hybrid, agile, and waterfall project environments.
  • Experience in initiatives focused on developing a digital evolution roadmap using business architecture concepts and tools is advantageous.
