About the Role:

MobileComm, Inc is seeking a highly skilled Senior Business Process Analyst to join our team. As a Senior Business Process Analyst, you will play a key role in the planning and implementation of our security automation and orchestration project stream.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Act as a Senior Business and Process Analyst for the planning of the security automation and orchestration project stream
  • Conduct process and functional analysis to identify gaps and opportunities for improvement
  • Develop detailed requirements and future process definitions
  • Create communication and change management plans
  • Support the development of training and communication plans
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure successful project delivery

Requirements:

  • 5+ years of business analyst experience
  • Practical experience in assessing and implementing Security Operation Center Processes
  • Practical experience in implementing automation and orchestration related technologies
  • Practical experience in implementing Incident Response processes
  • Excellent communication and leadership skills
  • Ability to work on several projects in parallel

Preferred Qualifications:

  • CBAP and/or ITIL certification
  • English and French language proficiency
