Senior BSS Business Analyst

Location: Hybrid work model

Overview

The role of the Senior BSS Business Analyst is pivotal in guiding the implementation of Business Support Systems.

Key Responsibilities
  • Act as the Subject Matter Expert (SME) for all stages of the BSS implementation lifecycle.
  • Collaborate with vendors to oversee the design and execution of business requirements.
  • Conduct thorough analyses and provide insights on potential BSS requirements.
  • Engage with various stakeholders to gather and interpret business needs.
  • Participate actively in the development and assessment of business and system requirements.
  • Document and analyze business processes and workflows.
  • Work alongside cross-functional teams to create and implement effective information systems solutions.
  • Lead feasibility assessments and cost-benefit analyses to recommend optimal solutions.
Essential Skills and Experience
  • Over 10 years of experience in a relevant position.
  • Extensive knowledge of Netcracker BSS.
  • Proven experience in designing, developing, testing, and implementing solutions in the Telecom BSS domain.
  • Proficient in using Jira, Confluence, and MS Office tools.
  • Experience working within cross-functional technical teams.
  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills, capable of engaging with both technical and non-technical stakeholders.
  • A collaborative team player with the ability to work independently.
  • Strong interpersonal skills and a flexible, open-minded approach.
  • Experience in leading meetings and facilitating group discussions to achieve consensus.
